     - 3D reconstruction and image segmentation based on slices present in 2D atlases (VTK and ITK libraries as support); 
     - StereoCamera support for automate drill – to- target movement (OpenCV library as support);
     - 3D reconstruction and segmentation of medical images (especially CT and MRI) (VTK and ITK libraries as support);
     - Video Stabilization project (OpenCV library as support).
