ITK Version 4

This section was added to inform the ITK community of the pending changes to the ITK toolkit that will be taking place over the next 6 months.

This work is supported by ARRA funding from the NLM.
The kick-off meeting for this project took place from June 28-July 2 in Bethesda.
A beta version of the software will be available by the end of March 2011.
More information is available here: ITK Release 4.0.
We welcome the ITK community to comment on the proposed changes.
