Confusion on configuring CMake
Under the heading Configure ParaView With CMake it says "Always use a separate build directory. Do not build in the source directory." An example would maybe help here because I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.
Also, in the same section under On Windows it says "Make sure to select the appropriate source and the build directory." Which would those be? When I unzip the source code I have the following directories:
- VTK
- Applications
- CMake
- Common
- Documentation
- Examples
- Plugins
- Qt
- Servers
- Utilities

Qt Licenses have changed
Qt licensing has changed to LGPL so "you must obtain a commercial license" is now applicable to changing Qt itself not when using the Qt libraries within an application.
