Proceed with the release process for ITK 2.8
Keep option of EXPLICIT_INSTANTIATION as OFF and Advanced
Move from Review the classes:
- SignedMaurerDistanceMapImageFilter (BasicFilters)
- ThresholdMaximumConnectedComponentsImagefilter (BasicFilters)
- Replace Danielsson with Maurer in applications that are time demaning (?)
Require CMake 2.2
- For those migrating from older versions of CMake it is recommended to start a new binary from scratch.
Freeze the repository on Monday May 22
Bug sorting tcon ???
VTK wrapping macro change: Luis will check with Ken.
Dashboard failing test
- SGI with compiler 7.4 & vnl
- utah machine with the ResampleImageFilter
- minGW and concept checknig
- chiarugi Iowa and Tcl test seg faulting (64bit).
