Third-Party Library Patrol
About
The Third-Party Library Patrol is a group of developers who commit to regularly update the versions of third party libraries that are carried along with VTK in the Utilities directory.
The ideal schedule of updates is to bring the third-party libraries to their most-recent version, before every release of VTK.
Note that ITK and VTK both use many of the same 3rd party libraries. However, each has its own separate copy in source control. When updating a library, check if the library is used by both ITK and VTK, ideally, both should be updated together and kept in sync.
Members
