Summary

0015453: regression: cdash no longer sends emails for commits to svn repositories

Description

With an update to 2.2.3, cdash will no longer send emails for commits to an svn repository.

While inspecting the code, it now assumes that email addresses are found in commits, such as those found in git repositories.

I assume the code should fall back to looking up email addresses under a user's profile.
