Description
This command should be equivalent to build the "package" target

The signature: ctest_package(RETURN_VALUE PATH_TO_PACKAGES)

If PATH_TO_PACKAGES is not an empty list, it would be then possible to call:

ctest_upload(FILES ${PATH_TO_PACKAGES})

 If this is added, it should probably have an optional argument for the cpack config file.
