[vtkusers] Why is vtkImageIterator EndOfSlicePointer not available?

Hi Georg,

I agree with you that vtkImageIterator should provide a method so that
you know when you are at the end of a slice.  I have been thinking
about adding an IsAtEndOfSlice() method.
