[vtkusers] carpet plots (vtkWarpScalar) help

Greetings:

I am writing for suggestions on how I may solve the following problem:  In trying to generate a carpet plot from two-dimensional data, i.e., z=f(x,y), using the attached program, all I could get is a window that is completely black (although the Tcl version of the program works fine).  Please advise.
