[Ves] Migrating to VTK

Hey Carlos,

We will be working in the coming weeks and months to provide improved
documentation on building and developing with VTK for mobile platforms. I
will be sure to tailor it to those who might not have much experience with
the command line.

We will definitely seek tighter integration with Xcode as well. It's hard
to predict a timeline for this, but hopefully good documentation will help
bridge that gap in the meantime.
