[Ves] Android Kiwiviewer: change KiwiGlSurfaceView background color

If the method is not exposed at the Java level, we can add that easily
(manually for now) ..

@Pat, If you can share your swig branch with us, that would be great. I
have done swig-python wrapping in the past and may be able to help.
