[Paraview] ParaView 5.0.1 on an older Mac

Rick,

There is a test in VTK - vtkRenderingOpenGL2Cxx-TestAppleBug - that
will fail if the ATI bug workaround is used but not needed. If you
have VTK built with testing on on the old Mac system and this test
fails, we would know the bug workaround is not needed for this system
and we could suppress this warning in the VTK version that goes into
ParaView 5.1.
