[Paraview] ParaView 3.7 from cvs on Mac OS X, x86_64, Qt 4.5.3 w/Cocoa

Hi,

after doing several tests / I found out that QT-4.5.2 does not generate this problem. Everything is ok now.

Michael - I tested your git version - the "make dmg" is pretty cool ! Is that something that could be included in the official cvs distribution ?
