[Paraview] Parameters for Programmable Filter

This is a feature we need to implement. I hope to have it in 3.6. Can
you please file a feature request in http://paraview.org/Bug and let
me know.
The programmable filter should have a way of specifying a list of
parameters that can then be exposed through the custom filter object
inspector.
