[Paraview] Newbie question

I have an extremely elementary question.  What is the right way to feed
time-dependent data to ParaView?  For instance, I have a series of
temperature, pressure and velocity fields, all defined on the same mesh. 
I'd like to look at these as a function of time.  How do I do that?  I've
looked through the user guide, but I haven't yet found the relevant
section.  Hints greatly appreciated.
