[Paraview-developers] Making paraView dev life easier with custom app

Hello All

If you are working on a Custom Application based on ParaView and you do not
*always* want to use
pqPipelineBrowserWidget/pqPropertiesPanel/pqTabbedMultiViewWidget, you are
definitelly concerned by this mail.

I am drafting up MRs allowing dev to
 - use pqTabbedMultiViewWidget-independant view,
 - helping show data without using ApplyBehavior and pqPropertiesPanel
 - Creating a correctly configured pqPipelineBrowser after the
initialization of the application
