[Paraview-developers] Getting ready to branch

OK Folks, I am planning on branching 1.8 tomorrow so today lets focus on
fixing the dashboard problems. Specifically Berk is looking into the
ExtractGrid problem, Mathieu is looking into the Ensight reader test
failure, Andy or Sandia should look into dash5's build problems, Sandia
should look into how D3 is hanging on anything with 4 or more processors.
