[Insight-users] Fast Marching Method

Hello,

I am little confused with the FAST Marching Segmentation example from VTK.
It is different from Sethian algorithm

Could you explain.

1)  Do we need a set of contours or seed points for FMA.
2)  How do we set the speed of front ( as in Sethian's Algorithm).
