[Insight-users] Problem with DicomImageReadChangeHeaderWrite on cygwin

Hi Luiz,

The executable runs and throws no exception, the Dicom image
is fine, but the header is unchanged.

I've tried (in the code and from the command line):
0010|0010
0010\|0010
'0010|0010'
"0010|0010"
etc.
