[Insight-users] Question: Deformation fields

Hi,

I have used the FEM and Demon's registration programs,
based on those in the examples, for doing 2-D image
registration. My problem is that when I view the image
in  Paraview, the vectors only point to the left and
right, which is not correct. I know the deformation
fields are correct, since I can apply them in the same
program and get good results. I would appreciate any
help or suggestions on this. Thank you.
