[Insight-developers] New modular dashboard script: drop-in replacement for "itk_common.cmake"

Today, I updated these two wiki pages:

The information on these pages should be reliable and up to date. If anybody
has any further questions on submitting ITKModular dashboards, please let me
know here on the ITK Dev mailing list.
