[Insight-developers] itkMeshIO and ITKv4 modularization ?

Alex,

Thanks for all the information, and for initiated the effort!

I am currently quite busy with the refactorization of the FastMarching 
and the level sets; but I'll have more time once things get moving and
Wanlin gets back from China.
