[Insight-developers] Dashboard Looking Good

We can piggy-back on the Insight Journals SVN repository.

Any data is MIDAS can be published via SVN.  We can upload these data
to MIDAS and then have the CMakeLists.txt files do the automatic
checkout for the Insight Journals / MIDAS's SVN repository.

I think this should be done after the release.  I'd like at least two
dashboard cycles to be available for testing the automated checkout.
