[Insight-developers] ITK binary packages

If you're using RPMBuild to generate ITK packages, you could maybe look at
the CPack-based RPM generation -- it's a pretty thin shim on top of
RPMBuild, so you can just put your SPEC file somewhere in the source tree
and point to it, and then RPMs get built more or less automagically.
