Luis,
DICOMParser is in Utilities. There are various copyrights there. The distribution requirements for DICOMParser looks as though it is the same as that for itk and vtk.

At any rate, I've asked Matt if we can assign the copyright to ISC. However, I don't think it is essential.

The DICOMImageIO2 code in Code/IO should have the same copyright as the rst of ITK.

We are ready for removing the DICOMParser code from ITK.


   The two reasons for removing this code are:

    1) The code is deprecated. Its functionality
       is now provided by GDCM

    2) The code has a different copyright that
       the rest of the files in Insight/Code/
       and Insight/Testing.


Please let us know if you have any objections for
removing these files before the release of ITK 3.0.
