That's also true for the negative cases: that's not because some build are
failing on windows on the dashboard, that a program "is known not to work on
Windows platforms".
And I'm submitting the testing result with mac os from time to time - that's a
laptop, so it's difficult to do it daily. All the tests are green for the 3
languages.
