[Insight-developers] GDCMSeriesFileNames enhancement

Hello,

	I would like to enhance the current GDCMSeriesFileNames class to be 
more compliant to the old DICOM2 name generator. The class now provides 
3 new functions:

- SetDirectory
- GetSerieUIDs()
- GetFileNames ( string uid )


	It does not interfere at all with the old approach 
GetInputFileName/GetOutputFileNames(). After those changes I could 
duplicate the example DicomSeriesReadImageWrite using the GDCM class 
without any problem.
