[Insight-developers] Wrapping Problems

ITK Wrapping experts,

I am making small, and whenever I rebuild all of the wrapping is affected.
Even after a successful build and no source file changes, all the wrapping
is done again.

This is causing serious problems because wrapping is taking 3-6 hours to
complete.  I am ok with a 6 hour compile, as long as it only occurs when
necessary.

Rational for this behavior would be greatly appreciated.
