[Insight-developers] RE: ITK installation and configuration problems

HI, there

I have some problems in the installation and
configuration of ITK in my computer. Hope somebody can
help me.

I really donot know the steps below are correct or
not.
PLease figure it out if that is wrong.

Step1. Download 3 .zip files from www.itk.org
All the downloaded files are:
InsightApplication-1.4.0.zip
InsightToolkit-1.4.0.zip
InsightToolkit-1.4.0-Doxygen.zip
  

Step2. Create a folder named E:\Insight
and unzip all the files into this folder, so it will
automatically create three folders named
E:\Insight\InsightApplication-1.4.0
E:\Insight\InsightToolkit-1.4.0
E:\Insight\InsightToolkit-Doxygen

Step3.download CMake from www.cmake.org and install
it.

Step4. Create a folder named E:\ITKProject , contains
two examples files, One is CMakeLists.txt, the other
is a HelloWorld.cxx file.

Step5. Use CMake to configure ITK. 
The problem is: How to set "Where is the source code?"
and "where to build the binaries?". 

Questions:
1. How to correct set the two paths?
2. Do i have to use CVS to do the configuration of
ITK?
