[Insight-developers] cvs server address

Hi,

Some of the students in the ITK class at CMU have noticed that there 
are several different versions of the ITK CVS server mentioned. The new 
software guide and the getting started page 
(http://www.itk.org/HTML/GettingStarted.txt) list:

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@www.itk.org:/cvsroot/Insight login	

The download page (http://www.itk.org/HTML/Download.htm) lists:

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@www.itk.org:/insight/cvsroot login

Both of these address work fine, but it has caused some confusion among 
the students. We've also had a request for something along the lines of 
a nightly zip/tarball... VTK does this, is something similar available 
for ITK (I've always just used CVS)?
