[Insight-developers] Separating Dart from Insight checkout

For some time Dart has had its own cvs repository. The Insight repository has a symbolic link into
this external Dart repository (so most people probably have not noticed any change). I am planning
on removing Dart from the Insight checkout, so if people want to use Dart with Insight, they will
have to do a separate cvs checkout of Dart. Please let me know if you forsee any problems with this.
Bill Hoffman has told me how to go about performing this separation (replace symlink with a copy of
Dart, then do a cvs remove of Dart files from within an Insight checkout).
