[IGSTK-Users] Error when configure the examples of IGSTK

Hi Ling Luo,

You need to set FLTK_FLUID_EXECUTABLE pointing to the fluid.exe.

If you compiled your FLTK successfully and set the FLTK_DIR to the fltk
build directory correctly, that variable should be automatically configured.
