[Dart] Proposed changes to Nightly targets

One would think that the Coverage.tcl script would clean up this
information. However, I am not seeing anywhere where the *.da files
are removed. 

I think one of the gcov processors overwrites files and another 
accumulates.

Who / What resets the coverage calculations from one night to the next
? What prevents them from accumulating between nights?
