[Dart] Dart for subprojects?

Is it possible to setup a Dartboard for just a subproject of a large
project? vxl, for example, has multiple "packages": vxl, vcl, oxl,
gel, etc. Perhaps I'm only interested in the vcl package.

On a related note, is it possible to do the whole build, but group the
results by package? (Somewhat similar to the GE Frost that is
currently being used for vxl, mirrored at
  http://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~geoff/frost_mirror/shallow/vxl.html

[I ask these without much knowledge of the internals of Dart.]
