[CMake] CMake on OpenVMS

Has ANYONE actually gotten CMake working on OpenVMS?  I see numerous traces of OpenVMS riddled throughout the configuration/bootstrap code, but after spending almost two solid days trying to get past the "Configure" phase I have decided I needed to formally inquire.
