[CMake] E-Mail Notification of CDash is not working anymore

Hi Gerhard,

Can you check that the "Repository Credentials" associated with the user 
for a given project is matching the git commits information (email I 
suppose)?

  http://<yourCDashURL>/manageProjectRoles.php?projectid=<yourProjectId>
