[CMake] Forwarding parameters to cmake through cmake-gui

Hi Physhh,

I like the idea. Instead, a gui panel (with tooltips, doc, ...) should be
autogenerated from the option associated to the corresponding cmake
executable.

Would be happy to review changes / patches.
