[CMake] cmake + VS 2012

  There was some sort of "plugin" or "Addin" that helped out the situation of reloading after CMake runs of VS2010. It was mentioned on the CMake mailing list sometime in the past year I think. I was able to install it and my VS2010 builds do run much smoother now. Not sure if that is of any help at all but thought I would mention it.

  When I get to work I'll try to figure out the name of the plugin.
