[CMake] Xcode deployment postprocessing

You can set it using
SET(CMAKE_XCODE_ATTRIBUTE_DEPLOYMENT_POSTPROCESSING YES)
You might also want to enable the strip-attribute if that's what you are
aiming for (STRIP_INSTALLED_PRODUCT?)
