[CMake] ccmake was not created

Try removing the QUIET option from the FIND_PACKAGE(Curses QUIET) call
in the CMakeLists.txt file and then run bootstrap again. This should
tell you more what's going on.

Other things to check for in the cache:

CURSES_LIBRARY
CURSES_INCLUDE_PATH
