[CMake] CPack and RPM packages

Concerning CPackRPM main issue, would try to

1) backup the CMake 2.8.3 , CPackRPM.cmake file
2) Edit CPackRPM.cmake file and change:

%install
if [ -e $RPM_BUILD_ROOT ];
then
  mv \"\@CPACK_TOPLEVEL_DIRECTORY\@/tmpBBroot/*\" $RPM_BUILD_ROOT
else
  mv \"\@CPACK_TOPLEVEL_DIRECTORY\@/tmpBBroot\" $RPM_BUILD_ROOT
fi

to
%install
if [ -e $RPM_BUILD_ROOT ];
then
  rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT
fi
mv \"\@CPACK_TOPLEVEL_DIRECTORY\@/tmpBBroot\" $RPM_BUILD_ROOT

then rerun cpack.
