[CMake] Invoking tarhets in Handwritten Makefile through CMake

Hi,

How can I add to the all: target to invoke make in
handwritten Makefiles through CMake

A-
  |- cmake/Makefile (CMakeLists.txt)
  |- src
  |- inc
B-|-Makefile (handwriten Makefile, target all: clean:
  |- src
  |- inc

Is it possible?
