[CMake] Nitpicking: MACHINE:I386 hardcoded for DLLs

Hi all,

In cmLocalVisualStudio7Generator::OutputBuildTool the /MACHINE:I386
option is hardcoded for shared libraries. I think this should be set
only from the Modules/Platform/Windows-cl.cmake.
