[Cmake] Targets, Output Files, Command Lines

Perhaps if you could explain these .g files in more detail.
I guess this ANTLR thing is some sort of c++ parser.  Can you 
describe the inputs and outputs of what you are trying to do?
What would it look like if you ran the commands from the command prompt?
