[Cmake] Cmake 1.8.x for Cygwin

Will new cmake versions be available as Cygwin packages via Cygwin
setup.exe?  The cmake I see under setup.exe right now is 1.6.7-1.

It seems that the CMSetup181.exe installs a Windows exec to C:/Program
Files, and also installs a Cygwin exec to /usr/local/bin.  I don't see this
mentioned on the download page, and I think it should be noted there.
People looking for Cmake in Cygwin would find that useful to know.

It would be handy to have a cmake-1.8.1-cygwin.tar.gz that had a precompiled
CMake that could be installed to /usr/local (or anywhere, ideally).  Any
plans for that?
