[Cmake] Cross Platform Compiling

Are there any examples out there that I can look at that would be able
to give me a hint on setting up CMAKE for a cross compilation
environment?

I've installed the mingw cross compiler on linux and I need to compile
for both Linux and Windows from my linux box.

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
