[Cmake] Visual Studio .NET/Visual Studio 7.0

You should open the .sln file and not the .vcproj file.   Although when I try opening a .vcproj file here, it seems to do the right thing.   I tried Step1 of the tutorial and it works here as well.  Were there any errors during the cmake run?
