[Cmake] CMakeSetup fltk GUI now keep recent directories

CMakeSetup, the fltk GUI version for UNIX is now
storing a list of recent directories (source/binaries)
used by CMake. They are stored in the file ~/.cmakerc

A button with a triangle label shows the list of recent
directories.

When CMakeSetup starts it brings up the most recent
directories used.

So far it was tested on Linux, let me know if it has
trouble in other systems
