[CMake-Promote] Usage Statistics

The windows version of cmake used to have an update option or link, if I 
remember correctly (now I use cvs). Does it still have this? and does 
the stats that Kitware keeps differentiate between downloads initiated 
by this update procedure vs a regular download?

This would be helpful in the sense that an update is an indication of 
usage rather then just trying it out...
