Summary:                    Mingw no detect with codeblock installer
Description: 
After installed Codeblocks with MinGW, CMake doesn't detect MinGW.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Just install codeblocks with MinGW.

Additional Information: 
I think it's Codeblocks whose don't register in the environnement variable PATH
the path of MinGW.
So I suggest to add the path of MinGW of Codeblocks in the detection of MinGW.
